New Client Experience
I’ve curated 3 unique, full service packages for your first appointment to get your healthy hair goals off to a perfect start. Each package includes: scalp care, shampoo, conditioning, steam treatment, hair sculpting, and reparative treatments tailored to your hair needs. You will also receive a digital healthy hair care plan detailing your recommended visit frequency and home care products.
Textured Chameleon
The Textured Chameleon is on a quest to unlock the full potential of their natural hair texture. They might adore the wet look but struggle to maintain it once their hair dries. Frequently, they face challenges in finding heat-free styles as they prefer to keep their hair natural most of the time. Sound familiar?
Straight Chameleon
The Straight Chameleon thrives on the cutting edge of style! Their identity isn't solely based on their natural curls. While they value healthy hair, they also prioritize their personal preferences. Frequently asked questions
Do I have to book a new client package?
Yes, your first appointment is the most important one. We start off acclimating you and your hair to our proven system to establishing and maintaining healthy hair from the very first visit. The treatments provided are tailored to your needs and your hair is sculpted based on your current hair condition to accelerate your desired #hairgoals.
How should I arrive to my appointment?
You should arrive to your scheduled appointment in “ready to be serviced” condition with the removal of any previous styling included but not limited to: heavy grease/oil products, twist, braids, and/or extension installations. If you are in need of appointment prep, you should select “additional resources” as an add-on service when booking.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Zelle is my preferred method of payment. Cash, debit, credit, Apple Pay, and all major credit cards are acceptable forms of payment. You are more than welcome to utilize a different method than the card required for your deposit. Pay later is also available for those who qualify, to split your payments incrementally and pay over time.
I don’t see the service that I want. What should I do?
If you don’t see it on my site, you can assume I don’t offer that service or it is reserved for existing clients and may require a consultation to schedule.
